Free Returns on Eligible Fashion Products

If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with our Returns Policy. No minimum purchase is required to receive free returns.

Mistaken Returns

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

If you have accidentally sent the wrong item to Hinite, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible as Hinite does not store mistakenly sent items. Hinite cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Hinite.

Statutory Cancellation Right

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. To exercise your cancellation right please visit our Returns Support Centre.

Our Voluntary Returns Policy

As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products from the Hinite sites to Hinite Ltd within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition. To return an item please visit our Returns Support Centre.

Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation as described above.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as for the right of withdrawal. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):

  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, especially personalised Hinite Ltd Handmade items;
  • Goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • A service, if Hinite Ltd has fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that the supplier could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;

Returns Costs & Methods

Hinite Ltd will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it was sold or dispatched by Hinite Ltd. In many cases, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If the item you purchased is not eligible for Free Return, and you’re using a pre-paid return label, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund. For returns from within the UK, costs start at £3.99. International return costs start at £8.09. Please note that returns that contain multiple items, or large items, may cost more. We offer various returns methods which will differ depending on the item(s) you’re returning. We’ll always display the most accurate return costs and methods available for your item(s)  when you create your label.

You can return items in the following ways:

  • Using drop-off services at locations that are convenient for you.
  • Using Heavy-Bulky return options, handled by a speciality carrier team.
  • Using a scanned QR code at designated return locations to make label-free and package-free returns.

Please note that certain types of items aren't eligible for cancellation or return under the Hinite Ltd which are special orders which are made on special orders.

Removal of personal data

When returning a product for any reason, you must do so in the exact conditions you received it from Hinite Ltd. In this respect, you must entirely delete, remove and eliminate all personal data pertaining to you and/or any third party which may be possibly present in the same item, and must de-latch any account possibly latched to the same item. You will be fully responsible for any data breach that may occur if you fail to do so. You must remove from the returned product and from the box containing the returned product any item not pertaining to the returned product as originally received from Hinite Ltd. Hinite Ltd will not be responsible for any such items erroneously left by you within the returned product or within the box containing the returned product. You agree and accept that the returned product will become Hinite Ltd property and that Hinite Ltd is therefore entitled to sell it to third parties at Hinite Ltd’s full discretion.

 Hinite Ltd will provide a printable pre-paid return label and pay for the return delivery costs if the item was dispatched by Hinite Ltd.

Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity. Any products returned without their original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Any products that are resized, altered, or otherwise damaged after delivery, won't be accepted for return.

Review the following terms and conditions to check if your purchase qualifies for free return delivery:

  • At the time of purchase, on the product's detail page, the product was identified clearly as eligible for free returns.
  • The item was originally delivered to a domestic address and is being returned from within the country.
  • The item is being returned within 30 days and in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • If you return products that are ineligible for free returns with products that are eligible for free returns, we may deduct the postage costs for the ineligible products from your refund amount in accordance with our general Returns Policy.
  • We can't accept returns delivered by hand.

Products Purchased from The Drop

If you're not satisfied with your Collection item, you can return the item, within 30 days of receipt. As Collection pieces purchased from The Drop are made-on-demand for you, return costs will be incurred for Collection items. Where Collection items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, you'll receive a full refund, including the return delivery fee. You can't exchange Collection items.

If you're not satisfied with your Staples by the Drop items, you can return them for free within 30 days of receipt in exchange for a full refund, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Damaged or Defective Items

Specific information applies to the return of damaged, defective, and incorrect items.

International Returns

If you return items eligible for free returns that were delivered to an international address, we may not refund the return costs, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

The Online Return Center will guide you through our Returns Policy and provide you with a printable, personalized return label.

Sizing Information

It's possible that some fashion items may be labeled according to US or EU sizing conventions. If you receive clothing that appears to be labeled in a different size than what was ordered, please be sure to try on the item to confirm the incorrect size before returning the item to us.

Exchanging Clothing

If you'd like to exchange an item, go to Your Orders. An exchange option will display if the product eligibility criteria are met. See Exchanges and Replacements for more information on exchange eligibility.

Note:

  • If the new price is lower, for either size or color, we'll refund you the difference.
  • If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.
